Mitch Englander Not Present to Vote to Place Election Schedule Change on Ballot

It would be nice if someone in the media asks him why he could not be bothered to be in the City Hall Council Chamber to vote on placing the election schedule change on the March 2015 ballot:

Vote 1

Vote 2

Vote 3

Vote 4

Interestingly, Mitch was present for the votes directly before and after the election schedule change vote:

Before: Before

After: After

Since I am a very trusting person, I am going on the assumption that he had to go to the bathroom when the election schedule change was being debated and voted on, and returned to council chambers to continue voting on subsequent matters. After all, being the nephew of the biggest and most powerful lobbyist in L.A., I have no doubt his bloodlines scream "integrity."

Of course, Mitch will be on the March 2015 ballot himself... trying to run up the score (i.e, pull a "Christie") before he runs to succeed Mike Antonovich the following year on the Board of Supervisors (with Antonovich's endorsement already secured). Better for him to be on the ballot than having to write anything for the ballot. Three years ago when a presumed supporter received a personal email from him containing a triple negative in the one and only sentence, the supporter switched his vote to the well-educated, born-bred-raised-in-the-12th, literate alternative in the race, Brad Smith.

I don't care about Felipe Fuentes not being present to vote; he is not my council member.
